Twenty-one offenders, including three sex offenders, returned to Iredell County in March after being released from the N.C. Division of Prisons.

Six of the offenders completed their prison terms. The other 15 were released early on parole, according to the N.C. Department of Public Safety.

The following individuals returned to Iredell in March:

MARCH 1
♦ Tony E. Reid, 61, convicted of being an habitual felon. Released on parole.

MARCH 2
♦ Cody L. Choate, 21, convicted of habitual misdemeanor assault. Completed sentence.

♦ Matthew L. Scouten, 39, convicted of habitual impaired driving. Completed sentence.

MARCH 3
♦ James E. Blackwell, 57, convicted of sex offender on premises where children are present. Released on parole.

♦ Timothy A. Wilson, 59, convicted of sex offender/fail to notify sheriff of address change. Released on parole.

MARCH 4
♦ John L. Chambers, 37, convicted of breaking and entering with intent to terrorize or injure. Released on parole.

MARCH 5
♦ Kirk A. Smart, 61, convicted of aggravate level I DWI. Released on parole.

MARCH 9
♦ Julian T. Jones, 24, convicted of larceny from a person. Released on parole.

MARCH 10
♦ George V. Fowler, 50, convicted of first-degree rape. Released on parole.

MARCH 13
♦ Zackary D. Davis, 25, convicted of possession with intent to sell a schedule VI controlled substance. Released on parole.

♦ Donald K. Sifford, 23, convicted of obtaining property by false pretenses. Completed sentence.

MARCH 17
♦ Anthony T. McDaniels, 29, convicted of obtaining property by false pretenses. Released on parole.

MARCH 18
♦ Brandy N. Brown, 36, convicted of selling a schedule II controlled substance. Completed sentence.

♦ Nathan L. Frazier, 46, convicted of breaking and entering motor vehicles. Released on parole.

♦ Loren D. Moore, 47, convicted of possession/distribution of methamphetamine precursor. Released on parole.

♦ Melissa L. Kohler, 37, convicted of possession with intent to sell a schedule II controlled substance. Released on parole.

♦ Donald A. Minter, 37, convicted of speeding to elude arrest. Completed sentence.

MARCH 21
♦ Terry A. Michael, 29, convicted of possession of a firearm by a felon. Completed sentence.

MARCH 23
♦ Melissa Smyle, 24, convicted of larceny over $1,000. Released on parole.

MARCH 27
♦ Justin W. Cornwell, 29, convicted of aiding and abetting larceny over $1,000. Released on parole.

♦ Quantaey L. McDonald, 28, convicted of possession of a firearm by a felon. Released on parole.
