ExpressBooks: Although the library stacks are now open for browsing, the library will continue to offer new ExpressBooks service to library cardholders. This service was created both as a way for patrons to have access to books during the pandemic, and also to create a more streamlined checkout experience for patrons with limited time to spend browsing for and checking out materials. Patrons can submit a form telling staff their favorite genres, authors, and interests, and library workers with knowledge in those areas will hand select materials for them. These books will be checked out and available after one business day, and will remain at the front desk for a week. The ExpressBooks form can be found on the library’s webpage iredell.lib.nc.us under the Books & More tab, or by clicking the link below: https://iredell.lib.nc.us/FormCenter/Express-Books-13/Express-Books-64
