The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
OCTOBER 9
♦ Aaron Prentice Allen, 37, of Campground Road, Davie, charged with 10 counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.
♦ Samantha Rae Stewart, 28, of Bolick Road, Stony Point, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine.
OCTOBER 10
♦ Brittany Nicole Blackwood, 33, of Caldwell Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ James Andrew Broome, 49, of Harper Keefe Road, Fort Mill, charged with possession with intent to manufacture a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Raistlin Shane O’Dell, 20, of Sloans Mill Road, Olin, charged with statutory rape of a child age 15 or younger and statutory sex offense with a child age 15 or younger.
♦ Chelsae Hernandez Piedra, 22, of Westglow Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
OCTOBER 11
♦ Tayvon Delon Cauthen, 18, of Cherry Street, Statesville, charged with possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor drug offense, and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.
♦ Nicholas Foster Firetto, 37, of Starlight Road, Statesville, charged with flee/elude arrest, two counts of misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer and misdemeanor reckless driving with wanton disregard.
♦ Timothy Chris Stewart, 35, of Newland Lane, Statesville, charged with safecracking, five counts of larceny of a firearm, larceny, eight counts of obtaining property by false pretenses, and misdemeanor larceny.
OCTOBER 12
♦ Jade Tyson Brannon, 45, of Sherwood Pines Drive, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor communicating threats, misdemeanor interfering with emergency communication, and misdemeanor false imprisonment.
♦ Cassidy Leigh Cadieu, 22, of Deerchase Circle, Statesville, charged with larceny.
♦ Isaac McKinley Dixon, 21, of Dula Town Heights Road, Lenoir, charged with probation violation, interfering with an electronic monitoring device, two counts of misdemeanor assault on a law enforcement, and two counts of misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.
♦ Bryan Lee Santiago, 27, of Paw Valley Lane, Charlotte, charged with intimidating a witness and misdemeanor stalking.
OCTOBER 13
♦ Antonio Shaquan Griffin, 19, of Old Wilkesboro Road, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle, and larceny of a firearm.
♦ Jason Andrew Kirkpatrick, 47, of Beechwood Road, Gastonia, charged with habitual larceny.
♦ Tracy Lynn Kilpatrick, 40, of Ridge Road, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
OCTOBER 14
♦ Carl Anthony Cathey, 35, of S. Race Street, Statesville, charged with second-degree kidnapping, misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun, misdemeanor communicating threats, felony probation violation, and two counts of misdemeanor probation violation.
♦ Acdoni Mejia Lopez, 20, of Paces Glen Avenue, Charlotte, charged with malicious conduct by a prisoner, misdemeanor assault on a government official, two counts of misdemeanor injury to personal property, and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.
♦ Sarah Angela Rash, 30, of Alpine Circle, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ John Jacob Walker Jr., 51, of W. Ketchie, China Grove, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor larceny.
OCTOBER 15
♦ Travis Robert Wade, 31, of Buffalo Shoals Road, Statesville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of possession of heroin, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, two counts of maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, conspiracy to sell narcotics, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and five misdemeanor drug offenses.
