The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
OCTOBER 8
♦ David Robert Garris, 33, of Sundown Road, Mooresville, charged with trafficking in opium or heroin, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for use or sale of a controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
OCTOBER 10
♦ Carl Russell Daye, 61, of Water Street, Mooresville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and attempted obtaining property by false pretenses.
♦ Brittany Renee Green, 27, of Possumtrot, Blacksburg, S.C., charged with organized retail theft and misdemeanor trespass.
♦ Dalton Lee Lewis, 22, of Possumtrot, Blacksburg, S.C., charged with possession of stolen property, larceny, organized retail theft, two counts of misdemeanor common law conspiracy, misdemeanor larceny of property and two counts of misdemeanor trespass.
OCTOBER 13
♦ Wendell Bonner, 27, of Greenfield Road, Gaffney, S.C., charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Joshua Tyler Funk, 23, of Brookstone Drive, Mount Holly, charged with larceny of property.
♦ Steven Michael Hill, 33, of Days Inn Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, misdemeanor larceny, a misdemeanor drug offense, and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.
♦ Carlton Quartaz Leach, 27, of Hickory Street, Gaffney, S.C., charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, speeding to elude arrest, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ John Hyatt Newell, 36, of S. Main Street, Mooresville, charged with peeping by use of photographic images.
OCTOBER 17
♦ Michelle Ann Campbell, 43, of Clements Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, misdemeanor DWI, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Christopher Michael Wilson, 35, of N. Kelly Street, Statesville, charged with habitual misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor assault on a female.
