Ms. Robin Annette Dalton of Statesville, N.C., daughter of the late James Dewitt Dalton and Edna Beatrice Dalton, was born in Iredell County on January 10, 1964. She departed this life unexpectedly on Sunday, November 1, 2020, at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Dewitt Dalton.

She was a graduate of North Iredell High School, Class of 1982, and worked at the bowling alley as a cook. She was a faithful and dedicated member of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish the memory of her life two daughters, Cinetta Stevenson of Charlotte and Candace Stevenson of Concord; seven grandchildren, Trae “Jon Stevenson, Tavaris Bailey, Phillip Boulware, Thian Stevenson, Tiyanna Floyd, Titan Turner, and Niyeem Allan; five special friends, Maria Shuford, Sheila Keaton, Tammy Bennett, Wilma Steele, and Ann Washington; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.

Celebration of Life Services will be conducted Saturday, November 7, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Rutledge and Bigham Funeral Home in Statesville. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you can only enter the funeral with a funeral pass, which will be given to the family.
