Mullen is a verified Bound For Glory Gang member by the N.C. Department of Adult Corrections. He is currently on probation for escape from jail by a felon, and felony larceny of a motor vehicle.
Why would this criminal be issued bond? Shouldn’t he be back in prison? One of the charges was felony escape from prison.
Don’t think that he or his gang could afford that bond anyway? Plus it’s his legal right to have bail!!
Highly efficient court system we have here that causes the public to blame the police when they can only arrest you so much and the court continues to “rehabilitate” or give them the opportunity to be “rehabilitated.”
On probation for escaping jail. Isn’t that like closing the barn door after the horse has left?
He escaped, got caught, went to court and got released on probation — not to mention the other charges he was still facing High quality court system we have here.
No doubt why he agreed to the search; not afraid of jail.
