Iredell health officials report seven more COVID-19 deaths; 65 people currently hospitalized

Iredell County health officials reported seven new COVID-19 deaths on Wednesday, along with 121 new laboratory confirmed cases of the coronavirus.

Some 140 people who have tested positive for COVID-19 in the county have now lost their lives, according to the latest report from the Iredell County Health Department. Health officials do not release an personal information about COVID-19 patients, including those who pass away.

With the new cases reported Wednesday, some 11,394 people have now tested positive in Iredell County.

Sixty-five people who have tested positive are currently hospitalized throughout the county.
