The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
MARCH 1
♦ Jamontae Diondrae Evans, 19, of Blackberry Ridge Lane, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and two counts of DWI.
♦ Hugo Enrique Soloria-Osorio, 27, of N. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Salisbury, charged with assault by strangulation and misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
♦ Albert Rhyne Stewart, 55, of N. Academy Street, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
MARCH 3
♦ Haleem Corneliuos Gilliland, 21, of Devongate, Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
♦ Shemar Isaiah Walker, 20, of Oak Knoll Terrace SE, Atlanta, Ga., charged with being a fugitive from justice.
MARCH 6
♦ Daiquan Russel Goldman, 28, of Alexander Street, Mooresville, charged with two counts of possession of drugs near a school, sale of controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for use/sale of a controlled substance.
MARCH 7
♦ Roger Bret Harrison, 28, of Wilson Trail, Mocksville, charged with larceny, possession of a controlled substance in a jail and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Luiz Enrique Rodriguez, 50 of Highland Avenue, Hickory, charged with possession of stolen property.
♦ Maria Leigh Taylor, 25, of Wetmore Road, Woodleaf, charged with larceny and possession of a controlled substance in a local jail.
MARCH 8
♦ Monique Rene Chapin, 50, of S. Main Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
MARCH 10
♦ Andrew Jameson Kovalchik, 38, of Elysian Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Myca Danielle Scaglione, 25, of Diamond Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for use/sale of a controlled substance and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
MARCH 11
♦ Kiontae Jasuan Glaspy, 24, of Lee Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and driving with license revoked.
MARCH 13
♦ Emilio Jose Rodriguez Cruz, 40, of N. Cromwell Drive, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation.
MARCH 14
♦ Scottie Lane Baxter, 40, of Culp Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Brandon Malik Massey, 24, of Jocelyn Lane, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation and misdemeanor assault on a female.

♦ James Otis Hasheem, 24, of Hunton Dale Road NW, Concord, charged with escape/fleeing a police officer.
MARCH 16
♦ Derek Andrew Williams, 37, of Jeremy Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
