Thomas Osborne Overcash, 73, of Statesville, N.C., entered Heaven’s gates on Friday, November 26, 2021.

He was born on June 10, 1948, in Iredell County to the late William Thomas Overcash and Betty Bass Overcash. He was a skilled automotive technician and avid car enthusiast.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Dean Overcash Sr.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Judy Shoemaker Overcash; children, Wendy Overcash Robinson (Kelly) and Brian Overcash (Shannon); grandchildren, Allison Overcash, Steven Overcash, Justin Overcash and Evan Robinson; great grandchild, Dallas Overcash; and an expected great granddaughter.

A private viewing will be held Tuesday, November 30, 2021, from 2 to 3 p.m. at Troutman Funeral Home.

Graveside funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at Iredell Memorial Gardens with Rev. Eddie Graham officiating.
