Grady Lee Anderson, 71, of Statesville, N.C., passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021. Grady was born December 15, 1950.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roosevelt and Lela Anderson; and his baby daughter; Angela.
Grady is survived by his wife Chery of the home; sons Gary (Janice) of Statesville and Steven (Shelia) of Taylorsville; three granddaughters, Samantha, Cortney, and Britney, and three great grandchildren, Gannon, Riley, and Stevie.
A funeral service will be held, Thursday, December 30, 2021, at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home with burial to follow at Iredell Memorial Gardens.

Steve and Shelia: So so sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. I know you all and the kids were so close. And I know it’s breaking your all hearts to have this happen. Shelia, you know what it’s like losing a father — it’s heart breaking. I’ll pray all the family gets better. And I pray for God to comfort each and every one of you during this time.
It’s sad when life ends so soon. I pray that the family are prepared for their own life change. Especially spiritually. Life is uncertain; death is sure. For we must all come to the Lord for salvation. For He is the only way to Heaven.
