DECEMBER 10
♦ Robert Lee Autry, 38, of S. Main Street, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle and conspiracy to break or enter a motor vehicle.
♦ Charlene Renee Chandler, 40, of S. Main Street, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle and conspiracy to break or enter a motor vehicle.
DECEMBER 11
♦ Dashawn Alexander Pope, 26, of Kelston Place, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Essence Williams, 23, of Spring Laurel Drive, Charlotte, charged with forgery, counterfeiting and obtaining property by false pretense.
DECEMBER 12
♦ Matthew Marquis Ross, 28, of Araglin Court, Cornelius, charged with possession of stolen property and a misdemeanor drug offense.
DECEMBER 13
♦ Hayden McCoy Augenstein, 18, of Masontown Road, Newport, charged with larceny.
♦ Brett Everett Lindsay, 46, of Foxtail Drive, Mooresville, charged with defrauding an innkeeper, misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ Sara Lynn Reames, 37, of Harbor Drive, Charlotte, charged with larceny.
DECEMBER 14
♦ Terris Deshaun Turner, 36, of Buffalo Shoals Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
DECEMBER 15
♦ Alisha Renee Brinson, 35, of E. Morehouse Avenue, Mooresville, charged with larceny and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Frankie Steven Jackson, 37, of Dalton Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and three counts of possession of a firearm by a felon.
DECEMBER 16
♦ Burwell Kenyuan Lynch, 25, of Meadow Street, Monroe, charged with felony larceny, a misdemeanor drug offense and three counts of resist, delay or obstruct an officer.
♦ Dustin John Russell, 31, of Hidden Harbour Road, Mooresville, charged with larceny of property, two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver drugs and a misdemeanor drug offense.
DECEMBER 17
♦ Emya Michelle Clark, 22, of Brevard Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a stolen firearm and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ Stephen Christopher Johnson, 39, of Rocky River Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
DECEMBER 18
♦ Azzyria Lachell Brown, 24, of Sullins Road, Charlotte, charged with larceny, conspiracy to commit felony larceny and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.
♦ Trask Raphe’l Hoke, 31, of Sullins Road, Charlotte, charged with aid and abet larceny, and conspiracy to commit larceny.
♦ Rasheeda Lastar Timmons, 28, of Simmons Street, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, larceny and a misdemeanor drug offense.
DECEMBER 20
♦ Donnie Lee Cherry Jr., 34, of Burke Circle, Mooresville, charged with three counts of kidnapping.
♦ Dustin Lee Smith, 29, of Woodford Bridge Drive, Charlotte, charged with larceny of property and misdemeanor larceny.
DECEMBER 21
♦ Christopher Jermychel Berryman, 26, of Mebane Street, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance and sell of a schedule VI controlled substance.
♦ Shelley Ann Kim Noble. 58, of Knotty Oak Way, Knoxville, Tenn., charged with two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor larceny and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Billy Lee Smith, 39, of Cornelius Road, Mooresville, charged with larceny.
