April Carolyn Mayberry, 64, of Statesville, N.C., passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021, at Iredell Memorial Hospital.

Miss Mayberry was born on April 20, 1957, in Statesville and was the daughter of the late Jurel Eckron Mayberry and Geraldine Seagle Mayberry.

April attended West Iredell High School, Mitchell Community College, and Piedmont Bible College in Winston-Salem. She attended Westwood Baptist Church and worked at Zimmer Manufacturing in the IT department.

In addition to her parents, April was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Cary Mayberry.

She is survived by her sisters, Gloria Mayberry Freeman (Larry), Gayle Mayberry Lederer (David), Cynthia “Cindy” Mayberry Riffe and Jo Ellen Mayberry Barnes. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and her special friend, Donna Moose.
