District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s office announced dispositions for the following cases in Iredell County Superior Court for the January 3 term:
♦ Dennis York pleaded guilty to three counts of Felony Breaking or Entering and received a sentence of 9 to 20 months in prison.
♦ Patrick Glenn pleaded guilty to Felony Fleeing to Elude Arrest and received a suspended sentence of 6 to 17 months.
♦ Nicholas Dennison pleaded no contest to Crime Against Nature and Sexual Battery and received a suspended sentence of 4 to 14 months.
♦ Jesse Jacinto pleaded guilty to Crime Against Nature and Sexual Battery and received a suspended sentence of 4 to 14 months.
♦ Jeffery Daniels pleaded guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and was sentenced to 15 to 27 months, suspended, with an active split sentence of 90 days in custody.
♦ Anthony Salkill pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and Sale of Methamphetamine and received a suspended sentence of 8 to 19 months.
♦ Justin Curtis pleaded guilty to Felony Cruelty to Animals and Second-Degree Arson and received a sentence of 6 to 17 months in prison and 18 to 31 months suspended.
♦ Jeremy Sipes pleaded guilty to Driving While Impaired and was sentenced under Level 5 punishment.
♦ Teffin Hill pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and Sale of Methamphetamine and received consecutive suspended sentences of 9 to 20 months and 15 to 27 months.
♦ Hassan Jordan pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest, Possession of a Gun on Educational Property, Possession of Marijuana More than One-Half Ounce, Up to One and One-Half Ounces, Assault on a Government Official and Resist, Delay or Obstruct an Officer and received suspended sentences of 45 days, consecutive to 75 days, consecutive to 6 to 17 months, consecutive to 8 to 19 months.
♦ Octavious Black pleaded guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance within 1,000 Feet of a Park and received a suspended sentence of 23 to 40 months.
♦ Joshua Sylvester pleaded guilty to Possession of Heroin and Felony Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances and received a suspended sentence of 5 to 15 months.
♦ Jack Reynolds pleaded guilty to Felony Fleeing to Elude Arrest and received a suspended sentence of 6 to 17 months.
