Payne Chiropractic has a state-of-the-art facility in downtown Statesville, with services including digital X-rays and spinal decompression. Whether you’re suffering with headaches, back pain, auto accident injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, neck pain or any other problem, the staff at Payne Chiropractic will do its best to get you back to a joyful, pain-free life. New patients receive an exam, two X-rays and a report of our findings — all free of charge.

Company History

Dr. Payne opened Payne Chiropractic Center in Statesville in August 1993. Payne Chiropractic moved to its current location, at 215 West Broad St., in May 2006.
