District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s Office announced dispositions in the following criminal cases in Felony H & I District Court on July 26:
♦ Santos Aguirre pleaded guilty to two counts of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and Felony Larceny. He was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 8-19 months and was ordered to serve an active split sentence of 30 days in jail.
♦ Morgan Chapman pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.
♦ Jahmar Croom pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended and was ordered to serve a split sentence of 30 days in jail.
♦ Franklin Deal pleaded guilty to two counts of Felony Larceny, Felony Larceny of Motor Vehicle, Misdemeanor Breaking or Entering a Motor Vehicle and Injury to Personal Property and was sentenced to two consecutive suspended sentences of 8-19 months and was ordered to serve an active split sentence of 30 days in jail.
♦ Richard Green pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny and Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.
♦ James Horne pleaded guilty to Driving While Impaired, Driving While License Revoked – Impaired Revocation, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Assault and Battery. He was sentenced to 120 days suspended on the Driving While Impaired and 120 days suspended on the remaining charges at the expiration of the Driving While Impaired.
♦ Jeremy Lawson pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Larceny of Motor Vehicle and Misdemeanor Larceny and was sentenced to two consecutive suspended 45-day sentences.
♦ Miguel Mendoza-Castillo pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest and Misdemeanor Possession of Stolen Goods and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended and was ordered to serve an active split sentence of two days in jail.
♦ Bobby Privette pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended and was ordered to serve an active split sentence of one day in jail.
♦ Kayla Randolph pleaded no contest to Felony Possession of Heroin and Felony Possession of Cocaine and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended and was ordered to serve an active split sentence of 23 days in jail.
♦ Devin Reid pleaded guilty to Felony Assault Inflicting Physical Injury of Law Enforcement Officer and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended and was ordered to serve an active split sentence of 60 days in jail.
♦ Richard Seymore pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Driving While License Revoked – Impaired Revocation and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended and was ordered to serve an active split sentence of one day in jail.
♦ Niquiontis Whitley pleaded guilty to Common Law Uttering and Misdemeanor Solicit to Obtain Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 45 days suspended.
