The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

FEBRUARY 3
♦ Gid Dane Black III, 57, of Dry Pond Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of a stolen firearm and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Tyshaun Maleek Johnson, 24, of JC Circle, Mooresville, charged with larceny.

♦ Jeffrey David Lippard, 45, of Doubletree Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Anne Marshall Soto, 49, of Old Mocksville Road, Statesville, charged with three counts of possession of marijuana, and three counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance.

♦ Dre’Quan Ramon Stephens, 27, of Southern Charm Road, Ruffin, S.C., charged with two counts of felony probation violation.

♦ Phillip James Upton II, 46, of File Street, Winston-Salem, charged with possession of marijuana, two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substance, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

FEBRUARY 4
♦ Eric Monta Bell, 48, of Melviney Street, Statesville, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and two counts of maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.

♦ Ja’Rann Malik Harris, 24, of Harrill Street, Statesville, charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

♦ Kymere Shaleek Snow, 19, of Nell Estate Lane, Mooresville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation.

FEBRUARY 5
♦ Hassan Jamil Fisher, 32, of Nevin Road, Charlotte, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.Jahlile Monroe Smith, 22, of Rumple Road, Charlotte, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle, larceny of a motor vehicle, two counts of conspiracy, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, two misdemeanor drug offenses and two misdemeanor charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

FEBRUARY 6
♦ Bobby Ray Duncan Jr., 51, of Windforest Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation.

♦ Phillip Wayne Short, 31, of Burgess Street, Raleigh, W.Va., charged with possession of methamphetamine and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

FEBRUARY 7
♦ Kimberly Stout Anderson, 51, of Old Salisbury Road, North Wilkesboro, charged with possession of methamphetamine, four misdemeanor drug offenses, and misdemeanor fail to comply.

♦ Sonya Denise Grimmett, 54, of Big Tree Drive, Statesville, charged with nine counts of obtaining property by false pretenses and four counts of larceny by employee.

♦ Candice Danielle Rogers, 34, of Louise Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of stolen goods.

FEBRUARY 8
♦ Ronnie Lynn Benfield, 55, of Mt. Mourne Loop, Mooresville, charged with trafficking heroin, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and possession of a firearm by a felon.

♦ Brandon Ray Johnson, 33, of Flowering Springs Road, Atkins, Va., charged with two counts of trafficking in marijuana, possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Elyjah Karlisson-Champion, 28, of Maple Avenue, Ukiah, Calif., charged with two counts of trafficking in marijuana, possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Joel Scott Puckett, 54, of Mayer House Court, Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

FEBRUARY 9
♦ Amy Marie Cochran, 31, of Boger Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

FEBRUARY 10
♦ Benjamin Stuart Lindsey, 40, of South Magnolia Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, a misdemeanor drug offense, and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
