District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s office reported dispositions in the following cases during recent terms of Iredell County Superior Court:

♦ Axion Caliu pleaded guilty to Felony Death by Motor Vehicle and Driving While Impaired and received a sentence of 51-74 months suspended with a split sentence of 50 days in jail. Upon completion of his active sentence, he is to be deported to Romania.

♦ Johnathan Leonard pleaded guilty to eight counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child and was sentenced to three consecutive sentences of 13-25 months in prison, followed by five consecutive suspended sentences of 13-25 months each. The defendant was required to register as a sex offender and was ordered to never have contact with the victim in the case.

♦ Carl Broyles pleaded guilty to five counts of Third-Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and was sentenced to 9-20 months in prison. He was required to register as a sex offender.

♦ Lucky Nazir pleaded guilty to 35 counts of Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to seven consecutive suspended sentences of 6-17 months each. He was ordered to serve an active split sentence of 90 days in jail.

♦ Brittany Neill pleaded guilty to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12-24 months suspended.

♦ Christopher Reavis pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 25-39 months in prison.

♦ Brandon Severt pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 13-25 months suspended.

♦ Dashawn Daye pleaded guilty to Common Law Robbery and was sentenced to 12-24 months suspended with an active split sentence of 90 days in jail.

♦ David Anderson pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 6-17 months in prison.

♦ John Thompson pleaded guilty to Felony Interfering with Electronic Monitoring Device, Felony Failure to return Hired Property, Felony Flee to Elude Arrest, Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle and Habitual Felon and was sentenced to 58-82 months in prison.
