Brett Carl Mueller, 62, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2023. He was born on April 1, 1961, in Ocean County, N.J., to the late Carl and Susan May Mueller.

Brett was known in the racing community for specialty restorations and fabrication as well as driving. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife, Amy Deaton Mueller; his children, Alex Mueller, Justin Legursky (Jessica), and Jason Legursky (Paige); brother, Keith Mueller; and his grandchildren, Aiden, Ava, and Delilah.

A gathering will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 16, 2023, at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
