Samantha Lynn Krider, 31, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023.

She was born on March 26, 1992, in Ohio to Mark Krider and Lisa Lesko Krider. Sam attended Living Stones Fellowship Church. She enjoyed painting, art, journaling, and was great at writing poems. She loved singing, music, and anything to do with horses. She loved her family and especially her daughter, Ada.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Fred Krider; and maternal grandfather, Louis Lesko.

Sam is survived by her daughter, Ada Krider; mother, Lisa Lesko Krider; father and stepmother, Mark and Jen Krider; brother, Matthew L. Krider (Brandie) and their son, Camden Brooks Krider; step siblings, Paiton and Noah Roach; paternal grandmother, Linda Edwards; and maternal grandmother, Sandra Lesko.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 6, from 2 to 3 p.m. with a service following at 3 p.m. at the chapel of Cavin-Cook Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at Glenwood Memorial Park in Mooresville.
