Raptor Faire

Details: An event by Allison Woods Learning Center, hosted by the Sharpe House. Birds of Prey are coming to the City of Statesville all the way from Allison’s Woods for our own version of a Renaissance Festival. Meet and learn about Falconry, enjoy period music and eating homemade Renn Fare! Come dressed in your favorite Renaissance threads and there will be activities for the kids!

Details: The beloved season of Sharpe House Teas begins! The annual Breast Cancer Awareness Tea in memory of our Cindy Adkins is the first. Come and show your support with a delightful array of autumnal goodies and a great raffle! The Entire Season of Teas is now available on EventBrite as a Collection. The Sharpe House and Crowning Events will be at The Annual Christmas Tea at the Historic Hall House in Salisbury this season! Open House and the Christmas Park

5:30 to 9 p.m.
Details: Come see this year’s decorations inside and outside the house as we again offer up the magically lit Pasture Stage and Titania’s Forest. Tour the first floor of the house and then wander to the park where there’s refreshments for sale. All the holiday favorites from our grandmothers’ cookbooks and hot apple cider and hot chocolate! From the park, take the trolley up to downtown and catch a carriage ride and see Downtown during its very own Open House! Stop and see Santa at City Hall and take a free tour of the building’s history by our very own Sharpe House Players!
The Annual Burns Night

Details: This event is held at the Statesville Civic Center. Come and revive your spirit whether you are Scottish or not. A celebration of Scotland’s National Poet, author of “Auld Lang Syne,” and countless other tunes and poems with food, music, readings and of course, whisky.
