The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
OCTOBER 5
♦ Marian Ilie, 45, of no fixed address, charged with common law conspiracy and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
♦ Jaleel Marquise Phifer, 25, of JC Circle, Mooresville, charged with kidnapping and misdemeanor assault on a female.
♦ Marcella Vasile, 38, of no fixed address, charged with larceny and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
OCTOBER 7
♦ Peter Anthony Bellasalma, 49, of Galway Drive, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation, misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury when a child is present and misdemeanor assault on a female.
♦ Dezire Raequan Goldman, 26, of Bell Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, escape and larceny.
♦ Martina Nicole Halliday, 37, of Norman Place, Cornelius, charged with obtain property by false pretense and possession of a stolen vehicle.
♦ Rakeem Ronnell Hedrington, 34, of Corey Avenue, Concord, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
♦ Zachary Dominic Laforce, 27, of Smyrna Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, speeding to elude arrest, two counts of hit and run, four misdemeanor driving infractions and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
OCTOBER 9
♦ Henry Oscar Killian, 41, of Beracah Road, Mooresville, charged with forgery and obtain property worth more than $100,000 by false pretenses.
♦ Eddrick Pierre Steele, 32, of Superior Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor discharging a firearm in city limits.
OCTOBER 10
♦ Kayeloni Sue Griffin, 35, of Milroy Lane, Mooresville, charged with two counts of financial transaction card theft, obtain property by false pretenses, misdemeanor larceny and misdemeanor communicating threats.
OCTOBER 13
♦ Mychal Joseph Conrad, 37, of Cumberland Road, Winston-Salem, charged with counterfeiting and embezzlement.
♦ Roxana Hornea, 24, of Sharon Chase Drive, Charlotte, charged with two counts of larceny, two counts of conspiring to commit felony larceny, organized retail theft and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
♦ Michael William Kuster, 36, of Woodtree Lane, Troutman, charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of maintain a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of drugs, possession of drugs at or near a park and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Celine Padeanu, 25, of Southwood Oaks Lane, Charlotte, charged with two counts of larceny, two counts of conspiring to commit felony larceny, organized retail theft and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
♦ John Antonio Perez, 43, of NW 82nd Avenue, Hialeah, Fla., charged with motor vehicle theft, common law robbery, speeding to elude arrest, misdemeanor interfere with emergency communications, misdemeanor injury to personal property and misdemeanor DWI.
♦ Mihaela Stoicon, 25, of Tremaine Court, Charlotte, charged with two counts of larceny, two counts of conspiring to commit felony larceny, organized retail theft and two counts of misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
OCTOBER 14
♦ Stantrell Tramar Huntley, 29, of Carolina Wren Drive, Mooresville, charged with being a fugitive from justice, armed robbery, and conspire to commit felony larceny.
♦ Anthony Dalonte Jackson, 33, of Burgess Drive, Charlotte, charged with assault by strangulation and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Dylan Robert Lane, 31, of W. Waterlynn Road, Mooresville, charged with sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
OCTOBER 15
♦ Amanda Marlee Moore, 27, of W. Wilson Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
