Louise Moore Daniels, 79, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at her home. She was born August 20, 1944, in Iredell County to the late Lloyd Alexander Moore and Mary Moose Moore.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Dean Alexander Moore, and a sister, Barbara Ann Moore.

Louise was a cafeteria manager for the Mooresville Graded School District before her retirement. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, reading, shopping, spending time at the beach, and cooking. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

Louise is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Charlie Ray Daniels; children, Dana Mitchell and husband Mark, Chadwick Ray Daniels, and Julie Ann Daniels; sister, Thelma Nance; and grandchildren, Adrian, Kayla, Kasey, Clayton, Sage, Hayley, Leigha, and Cody.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday, November 14, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home. Services will be on Wednesday, November 15, at 11 a.m. at Southside Baptist Church with Pastor David Klinedinst and Eddie Karriker officiating. Burial will follow the service in Glenwood Memorial Park.
