Teresa McCabe, 81, of Mocksville, N.C., passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2020, at Mocksville Senior Living Center in Mocksville. She was born March 4, 1938, in Ireland to the late Martin and Nora Kelly Comer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, David McCabe, and a brother, Bart. She was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church.

Teresa enjoyed playing bridge, going to yard sales and politics. She loved her family more than anything.

Teresa is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Peter David McCabe; children, Paul E. McCabe (Stacey), Mark M. McCabe and Christina E. Adams (Kirk); and sisters, Cathy, Josephine and Una.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 13, at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of Cavin-Cook Funeral Home.
