Glen Wolford Gatz, 75, of Statesville, N.C., walked into the arms of the Lord on January 7, 2024, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Edward Gatz, and mother, Betty Ann Wolford Gatz.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Mary Anne Gatz; his sons, Brandon and Dustin (Rachel); and grandchildren, Austin, Aubrie and Grace. They were faithful members of Grace Alliance Fellowship in Statesville.

A Service to celebrate his life will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at Grace Alliance Fellowship with Pastor Chuck Wall officiating. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to service beginning at 1 p.m. at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Alliance Church, 773 Mocksville Highway, Statesville, NC 28625.
