ICSO Felony Arrests: January 6-12

The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

JANUARY 6
♦ Sulton Jaleel Jones, 29, of 29th Avenue Drive NE, Hickory, charged with probation violation.

JANUARY 8
♦ Sean Cole Burns, 28, of Randolph Street, Morganton, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Christopher Ray Fish, 39, of Wilkesboro Highway, Statesville, charged with 59 counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ Joshua Ryan Rice, 38, of W. Moore Avenue, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance, flee or elude arrest in a motor vehicle, misdemeanor reckless driving, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

JANUARY 9
♦ Jay Richard Monty, 41, of Gold Hill Road, Concord, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Justina Rodriguez Ramirez, 30, of Walk On Road, Stony Point, charged with inciting to riot.

JANUARY 10
♦ George Mannings Bostic, 31, of E. Lowrance Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule III controlled substance with intent to manufacture, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Bobby Ray Duncan Jr., 52, of Matthews Drive, Taylorsville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JANUARY 11
♦ Glenn Allen Vien, 48, of Howe Street, New Haven, Conn., charged with uttering a forged instrument, two counts of identity theft, obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor possession or manufacture of fraudulent identification.

JANUARY 12
♦ Marshall Leemont Simonton, 52, of Spencer Avenue, Mooresville, charged with distributing cocaine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Shyheim Khalil Summers, 24, of Long Island Road, Statesville, charged with conspiracy.
