♦ Lacy Eugene Carden, 41, of W. Front Street, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering to terrorize or Injure, and assault inflicting physical injury by strangulation.

♦ Donna Mundy Duncan, 61, of Olin Loop, Olin, charged with habitual larceny.

♦ Nicholas Dale Johnson, 30, of Alexander Street, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine.

♦ Kimberly Gayle Matheson, 51, of Alexander Street, Statesville, charged with habitual larceny.

♦ Belinda Mary Wiltbanks, 42, of Celeste Eufola Road, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substants, possession of methamphetamine, breaking or entering with intent to larceny, larceny, obtaining property by false pretenses, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver, and sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Tavaschiee Antonio Goodson, 30, of Tyler Trail Court, Charlotte, charged with possession of cocaine, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana.
