Cub Scout Pack # 173 recently held its annual Pinewood Derby Race at Coddle Creek Elementary School. The Scouts raced the cars they had hand built from kits on a 32-foot inclined track.

The top three race finishers, Most Original, Longest On the Track and Best Looking were:

♦ First Place: Mihira Thota
♦ Second Place: Thristan Livengood
♦ Third Place: Milo Mills
♦ Most Original Car: Max Chaney
♦ Longest On The Track: Isaiah Moffitt
♦ Best Looking Car: Milo Mills

The top race winners qualified for the county-level competition.

After the Scout race was completed, an “Almost Anything Goes Race” among older siblings was held along with a “ounger Siblings Race.”
