The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
APRIL 18
♦ Zakai Lamont Nwonye, 18, of Shearers Road, Mooresville, charged with arson, misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor interning with emergency communications.
♦ JB Watts III, 37, of W. McNeely Avenue, Mooresville, charged with felony pretrial release violation.
APRIL 19
♦ Zion Ovella Houser, 19, of Goldsboro Avenue, Statesville, charged with conspiracy and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Robert Jackson McHargue, 35, of Smyrna Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of schedule II controlled substances, larceny after breaking or entering, breaking or entering, felony probation violation, misdemeanor probation violation, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Jamar Malek Scott, 21, of W. McLelland Avenue, Mooresville, charged with larceny, misdemeanor larceny, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
APRIL 23
♦ Kire D’Angelo McNeil, 27, of Nile Circle, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering to terrorize or injure and misdemeanor injury to real property.
APRIL 24
♦ Jiannan Ge, 39, of College Place, College Point, N.Y., charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, financial identity theft, financial card fraud, conspiracy and organized retail theft.
♦ Zhang Yuhang, 24, of 65th Avenue, Flushing, N.Y., charged with obtaining property worth more than $100,000 by false pretenses, organized retail theft, and conspiracy.
APRIL 25
♦ Brian James Stafford, 40, of Shinnville Road, Cleveland, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
APRIL 27
♦ Caylen Amber Faulkner, 28, of Winchester Road, Winston-Salem, charged with conspiracy, larceny, misdemeanor larceny and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Andrew James Fuller, 61, of Wood Acre Drive, Mooresville, charged with indecent exposure involving victim under age 16, and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
APRIL 30
♦ Michael Joseph Butera, 43, of E. Decatur Avenue, Mooresville, charged with speeding to elude arrest.
