Barry Honeycutt, 66, of Hamptonville, N.C., passed away Thursday, February 6, 2020, at his residence.

Born in Iredell County, he was the son of the late Lewis Andrew Honeycutt and Sue Norman Honeycutt.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Darwin Honeycutt.

Barry was a retired electrician.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sandra Chappell Honeycutt; son, Jason Honeycutt, and wife Misty; daughter, Selena Andrew, and fiancé Chris Souther; and five grandchildren, Jarrod Honeycutt, Samuel Andrews, Wesley Padgett, Lawson Honeycutt and Maysen Honeycutt; and his canine companion, J.J.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 9, 2020, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home.

The funeral service will begin at 6 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Donald Jarvis officiating. Burial will be private.
