The Compassionate Friends of Mooresville will hold the 2024 Annual Butterfly Release on Thursday, June 20, at 7 p.m. at Williamson’s Chapel United Methodist Church, located at 575 Brawley School Road in Mooresville.
If you have experienced the death of a child, grandchild, or sibling, please consider attending the second annual butterfly release. To guarantee butterfly availability, contact organizers by June 1 at the 704-313-8281 or email us at tcfofmooresville@gmail.com
The Compassionate Friends is a national self-help, mutual assistance organization, offering friendship, understanding and hope to bereaved parents and families. When a child dies at any age, the family feels intense pain and may feel hopeless and isolated.
The Compassionate Friends provides personal comfort, hope and support to every family experiencing the death of a son or daughter, a brother, or sister, or grandchild, and helps others better assist the grieving family.
The Compassionate Friends of Mooresville holds support group meetings are on the third Thursday monthly at 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Williamson’s United Methodist Church, 575 Brawley School Road, Mooresville (Building B) as well as online.
