Billy Ray Pendergrass, 69, of Statesville, N.C., passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at his home. He was born on January 13, 1955, to the late Ray Vaugn Pendergrass and Betty Keller Pendergrass.

Billy proudly served in the U.S. Navy. For the majority of his working career, he was a truck driver and member of the Road Bandits Motorcycle Club.

Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Michael Pendergrass (Kourtney); his daughter, Nicole Pendergrass; his brother, Eddie Pendergrass Sr. (Pam); his sister, Wanda Pendergrass Ramos (Sam); and his grandchildren, Austin, Tristin, Nate, Alyssa, Jerome, River, and Paisley.

Memorial services will be conducted at 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at Road Bandit Motorcycle Club.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Road Bandits Motorcycle Club, 6310 Hwy. 90, Hiddenite, NC 28636.
