Floyd Wayne Lytton, 74, of Statesville, N.C., passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at his home following an extended illness. He was born in Iredell County to the late Floyd Lytton and Nina Privette Lytton.

Floyd loved his family more than anything. He would do anything for anybody, he had a knack for making others laugh, and was an amazing man. His strength was immeasurable, and he fought up until the very end. He was loved very much and will be missed tremendously.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Ricky Lytton; and his brother Richard Lytton.

Survivors include two daughters, Jennifer and Christie Lytton, and a host of grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at Oakwood Cemetery at 3 p.m. Josh Coffey will officiate.
