The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

SEPTEMBER 20
♦ Taryn Oneal Byers, 38, of Nursery Lane, Statesville, charged with sex offender/fail to verify address.

♦ Daniel Tyler Daugherty, 33, of Kentwood Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Candy Lyn Mullins, 51, of Grayson Avenue, Waynesboro, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

♦ Barney Richard Richardson, 60, of 5th Street NE, Hickory, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ Timothy Wayne Turner, 47, of Cornelius Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

SEPTEMBER 22
♦ Tammy Jo Fitzwater, 51, of Ashley Brook Lane, Statesville, charged with larceny by employee.

♦ Nicholas Seth Sharpe, 37, of Appalachian Trail Lane, Statesville, charged with probation violation.

SEPTEMBER 23
♦ Matthew Curtis Reavis, 36, of Mocksville Highway, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor assault, misdemeanor assault on a female, and misdemeanor domestic violence.

SEPTEMBER 25
♦ Robertino Mickel Smith II, 32, of 14th Street Place NE, Hickory, was arrested on a Governor’s Warrant.

♦ Abigail Elaine Templeton, 22, of Friendship Road, Statesville, was served with a true bill felony indictment.

SEPTEMBER 26
♦ Mitchell Eugene Bryant Jr., 45, of N. College Street, Charlotte, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.
