Sherry Mowbray Adams, 62, of Taylorsville, N.C., passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 27, 2024, at Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She was born September 5, 1962, in Iredell County to the late Buddy Leon Mowbray and Linda Sue Billings Mowbray. She was of the Pentecostal Faith. Sherry enjoyed taking care of her family.

She was a caregiver to her husband and enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, and working in the yard.

Survivors include her husband of 39 years, Andy Adams, of the home; one son, Michael Mowbray of the home; one daughter, Michelle Crowe of Taylorsville; one brother, Bill Mowbray of Stony Point; one sister, Melody Counts, and husband Wade of Statesville; and two grandchildren, Dominic and David Crowe. She was also blessed with three bonus grandchildren, Katelyn Summers, Timothy, and Phoebe Mowbray.
