The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

SEPTEMBER 21
♦ Tahim DaQuan Hunte-Dixon, 31, of Crestdale Drive, Charlotte, charged with speeding to elude arrest, misdemeanor conspire to commit felony larceny, two counts of misdemeanor child abuse, two counts of misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

SEPTEMBER 26
♦ Ezekiel Devante Gunnings, 21, of College Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of stolen property, two counts of trafficking in opium, sell or deliver a controlled substance, alter or destroy evidence and a misdemeanor drug offense.

SEPTEMBER 27
♦ Malik G. Desade, 52, of Hutchinson Street, New Britain, Conn., charged with two counts of financial identity theft, attempting to obtain property by false pretense and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

♦ James Richard Lail, 44, of Sky Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor larceny and a misdemeanor drug offense.

SEPTEMBER 28
♦ Ciara Robinnette Cowan, 36, of Trina Lane, Hiddenite, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor larceny.

SEPTEMBER 29
♦ Frederick Clark Jr., 32, of Waterford Hills Drive, Charlotte, charged with possess or manufacture fraudulent identification and financial transaction card theft.

SEPTEMBER 30
♦ Markell Keshaun Winston, 19, of Assembly Drive, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation, misdemeanor assault on a female and interfering with emergency communication.

♦ Gerardo Sanchez-Ramirez, 41, of E. Catawba Avenue, Mooresville, charged with first-degree burglary and larceny after breaking or entering.
