Paul Lane Pearman, 61, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2024, in Statesville, N.C. He was born on August 12, 1963, to Paul L. Pearman Jr. and the late Nancy Humphries Pearman in Covington, Va.

Lane worked for many years at Cardinal FG Company in Mooresville and was a member of South River Baptist Church, where he served in many different capacities. He was also a member of both the Statesville Masonic Lodge #27 and the Grassy Knob Masonic Lodge #471.

He is survived by his father; his wife of 39 years, Tammy W. Pearman; daughter, Hanna P. LeFever (Brandon); grandsons, Wyatt and Elliott LeFever; brother, Neal Pearman (Teresa); aunts, Ellen Pearman, Pauline Pearman, and Loretta Humphries; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2 until 3 p.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at South River Baptist Church. The funeral service will begin at 3 p.m. with Dr. Chris Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
