Special to IFN

The Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce recently hosted the Iredell Health System 2024 Future 5 Young Professionals Awards Ceremony at the Statesville Country Club.

This annual event recognizes five outstanding young professionals from the Greater Statesville area who excel in their fields and contribute significantly to the growth, prosperity, and quality of life in our community.

This year’s ceremony featured a special keynote address by Juliet Kuehnle, a renowned counselor, consultant, speaker, and writer. Her presentation, titled “Work-Life Balance: Achieving Success Without Sacrificing Well-Being,” provided insightful strategies and practical tools on this timely topic, offering attendees valuable takeaways for enhancing both personal and professional success.

Young professionals are the future leaders of our community, bringing fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and a deep understanding of modern technologies to the workplace. By celebrating their achievements, the Chamber seeks to empower these individuals, recognizing the critical role they play in fostering creativity, adaptability, and sustainable growth in today’s fast-changing business environment.

Since its inception in 2016, the Future 5 program has honored 40 exceptional young professionals.

This year, in recognition of the program’s eighth anniversary and the remarkable number of nominations received, the Chamber expanded the number of honorees from five to eight. This decision reflects the growing influence of young professionals in Greater Statesville, whose contributions are driving progress across various industries and the broader community.
