The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

OCTOBER 17
♦ Luke McDade Brookshire, 25, of Miller Farm Road, Statesville, charged with burning of personal property, misdemeanor assault, misdemeanor arson, and misdemeanor vandalism.

OCTOBER 19
♦ Benjamin Edwards Hamby, 29, of Reid Oak Drive, Charlotte, charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Elliott Lane Luther, 40, of Haithcox Lane, Stony Point, charged with three counts of first-degree statutory rape, and felony child abuse.

♦ Katelynn Paige Woolledge, 28, of Valleybrook Lane, Troutman, charged with felony probation violation.

♦ Nolan Kaih Yoder, 18, of Carolwoods Drive, Mooresville, charged with sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

OCTOBER 21
♦ Michele Ann Tippins, 55, of Deaton Street, Statesville, charged with three counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance and three counts of sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance.

OCTOBER 22
♦ April Allison Ramseur, 45, of Ramseur Road, Harmony, charged with identity theft, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer and misdemeanor child abandonment/nonsupport.

OCTOBER 24
♦ Robert William Brutsche, 70, of W. Memorial Highway, Harmony, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

♦ Daniel Edward Vence, 29, of Blowing Rock Road, Blowing Rock, charged with four counts of felony larceny and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.

OCTOBER 25
♦ William Ray Elam, 69, of Coolwood Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
