Shirley Ann Alley Gilliland, 81, of North Wilkesboro, N.C., passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at Wilkes Health & Rehab. She was born on March 28, 1943, in Mooresville, N.C., to the late Worth Washam Alley and Louise Roberts Alley.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Eugene Gilliland Sr.; brother, Wayne Alley; and sister, Debbie Kirby.

She is survived by her children, Donna Miller (Ronnie), Sissy Pardue (Julius), Little Gene Gilliland (Terry), and Jerry Gilliland (Anne); sister, Barbara Keith (Furman); nine grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wilkesboro Health & Rehab, Attn: Resident Fund, 204 Old Brickyard Road, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659.
