N. Kester Martin, 100, of Stony Point, N.C., passed away Monday, February 10, 2025, at the S. Mitchell Mack Hospice House in Mooresville, N.C.

Kester was born in Alexander County on October 7, 1924, to the late Newton R. Martin and Ola Warren Martin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Doris Martin.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 14, at New Salem Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Pastor Liz Troyer officiating.
