The Mooresville Police Department reported the following arrests:

MARCH 16
♦ Ronald Jeremiah Hill Jr., 19, of S. Sherrill Street, Mooresville, charged with sale or delivery of a controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of a controlled substance.

MARCH 17
♦ David Jay McDougal , 42, of Nile Circle, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule III controlled substance and misdemeanor DWI.

MARCH 18
♦ Brian Eugene Stockton, 25, of E. Catawba Avenue, Mooresville, charged with financial identity theft.

MARCH 22
♦ Jarrod Bryant, 39, of Parker Avenue, Mooresville, charged with felonious restraint, assault by strangulation, and misdemeanor assault on a female.

♦ Clayton Morrison Broyhill, 21, of Wellshire Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a stolen firearm, and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

♦ Joshua Emmanuel Torrence, 20, of Rebecca Jane Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a stolen handgun.

♦ Calicia Deshay Hasty, 24, of JC Circle, Mooresville, charged with obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, misdemeanor communicating threats, misdemeanor assault and battery, and misdemeanor assault.

MARCH 28
♦ Pete Tony Walker, 36, of Hayes Street, Carthage, Miss., charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle, breaking and entering, misdemeanor injury to real property, misdemeanor injury to personal property, and misdemeanor trespass.

♦ Joshua Albert Brown, 36, of Laura Road, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for the use or sale of a controlled substance, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
