The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

FEBRUARY 21
♦ Gary Lee Garber, 43, of Kammerer Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail, misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protection order and a misdemeanor drug offense.

FEBRUARY 22
♦ Jarvis Andre Swint, 47, of S. Green Street, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Makayla Destiny Williams, 26, of Mockingbird Drive, Statesville, charged with assault inflict serious injury on a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

♦ Michael Chad Rood, 38, of Cheatham Ford Road, Alexander, charged with sex offender at or near child premises and felony probation violation.

♦ Mychal Zechariah Lozada, 31, of Oakbrook Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a stolen firearm, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon and a misdemeanor drug offense.

FEBRUARY 23
♦ Jamie Lynn Kennerly, 47, of Oak Breeze Drive, Rowan, charged with two counts of possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

FEBRUARY 24
♦ Noah Elijah Courtney, 28, of Millford Circle, Mooresville, charged with larceny, conspiracy, misdemeanor conspiracy and misdemeanor injury to property.

♦ Gary Lee Garber, 43, of Kammerer Drive, Statesville, charged with stalking.

♦ Michael Conner Lamp Jr., 43, of Bethlehem Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, sex offender fail to notify sheriff of address change and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Katherine Elizabeth Janvrin, 34, of Bethlehem Road, Statesville, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Dillon Lynn Pharr, 29, of Bethlehem Road, Statesville, charged with larceny, possession of methamphetamine, three counts of misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, misdemeanor vandalism, misdemeanor domestic violation protection order violation and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Cassandra Rene Hernandez, 53, of Allen Creek Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Manuel Rosa Maysonet, 39, of Castlefin Court, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

FEBRUARY 25
♦ Eric Chance Butcher, 38, of Georgia Avenue, Statesville, charged with three counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and two counts of possession of methamphetamine.

♦ Kenneth David Hammond II, 49, of County Line Road, Harmony, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Adajeon Mehki Magazine-Izzard, 25, of Krefeld Glen Drive, Charlotte, was served with a true bill felony indictment.

♦ Carson Alexander Lytton, 26, of Pamlico Lane, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering a place of worship and larceny after breaking or entering.

FEBRUARY 26
♦ Jaybez Rodney Stewart, 35, of Delgany Drive, Charlotte, charged with larceny.

♦ Cody Justin Spender, 30, of Macedonia, Lincoln, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Johnny Garlin Helms, 67, of Ashley Brook Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.

FEBRUARY 27
♦ Lisa Nicole Ganus, 41, of Whites Mill Road, Statesville, charged with 11 counts of identity theft, four counts of obtaining property by false pretenses and one count of exploitation of elder adult or disabled adult.

♦ Maria Isabel Jimenez Zarbe, 53, of Fairgrove Church Road, Conover, charged with breaking or entering and larceny, misdemeanor misuse of 911 system, misdemeanor trespass and misdemeanor filing false report to law enforcement.

♦ Darren Patrick Wilson, 36, of Ocala, Fla., charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Francis Dwayne Roberts, 55, of Prosperity Place, Statesville, charged with malicious conduct by a prisoner, misdemeanor communicating threats, misdemeanor trespass and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
