Statesville City offices and recreation facilities will be closed Wednesday, January 1, for New Year’s Day.

Garbage Collection

Residential: The revised schedule for residential garbage collection is as follows:
♦ Monday and Tuesday’s routes will operate on their regular schedule;
♦ Wednesday and Thursday routes will be collected on Thursday; and
♦ Friday routes will operate on a regular schedule.

Commercial: The revised schedule for commercial businesses with roll-out containers is:
♦ Monday and Tuesday routes will operate on a regular schedule;
♦ Wednesday and Thursday routes will be collected on Thursday; and 
♦ Friday and Saturday routes will run on a regular schedule.

ABC Stores

The Statesville ABC stores will be closed New Year’s Day.
