The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

DECEMBER 5

♦ Shaun Travolta Blackwood, 41, of Brookwood Drive, Mooresville, charged with interfering with an electronic monitoring device and felony probation violation.

♦ Joel Ray Starbuck Jr., 32, of McCarran Trail, Statesville, charged with aggravated felony serious injury by vehicle, hit and run with injury, misdemeanor DWI, misdemeanor driving with license revoked, and misdemeanor reckless driving to endanger.

DECEMBER 6

♦ Matthew Dean Bailey, 29, of Sharon School Road, Statesville, charged with five counts of uttering a forged instrument, six counts of obtaining property by false pretenses, and two counts of misdemeanor larceny

♦ Steve Lamont Conner, 58, of Troutman Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

DECEMBER 8

♦ Charles Nathan England, 47, of Winterfield Road, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering, and attempted larceny.

♦ Mark Lawrence Queen, 39, of Newton Drive, Statesville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, and misdemeanor larceny.

♦ Christopher Scott Thompson, 52, of W Lackey Farm Road, Stony Point, charged with breaking or entering, and attempted larceny.

DECEMBER 9

♦ Justin Eugene Alexander, 28, of Caldwell Street, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury and breaking or entering to terrorize of injure.

♦ Tamir Elsea Randall, 24, of Sullivan Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

♦ Rusty Shane Ray, 30, of Mohler Lane, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.

♦ Simonne Antonette Westcott, 53, of Elizabeth Avenue, Statesville, charged with larceny by employee.

DECEMBER 10

♦ Brian Lamont Shuford, 39, of Eufoloa Road, Statesville, charged with perjury.

DECEMBER 11

♦ Derek Kane Smith, 31, of Fieldstone Circle, Statesville, charged with larceny.

♦ Howard Todd Sutherland, 41, of Carlyle Road, Troutman, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of heroin, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
