Iredell-Statesville Schools officials have scheduled several informational sessions to provide voters with information about the public schools bond referendum on the March 3 ballot.

Voters have the opportunity to vote yes or no on two referendums:

♦ One question asks voters to authorize the Iredell County Board of Commissioners to finance construction of a new middle school for Iredell-Statesville Schools ($80 million) and a new middle school for Mooresville Graded Schools ($35 million); and

♦ The second questions asks voters to authorize the Iredell County Board of Commissioners to finance construction of new public safety training facility for Mitchell Community College ($10 million)

The I-SS informational sessions are scheduled for:

♦ Wednesday, January 29
6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Statesville High School

Lake Norman High School

♦ Wednesday, February 12

♦ Wednesday, February 26
