The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

MARCH 19
Christian Lloyd Bock, 44, of Northtown, Ind., charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor larceny.

Jack Allen Leatherman, 38, of Wooten Street, Catawba, charged with breaking or entering, and larceny after breaking or entering.

Kristopher James Oneill, 22, of Ashley Brook Lane, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.

Christopher Dwayne Smith, 34, of King Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Latisha May Fink, 30, of Yadkinville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

Kendra Marie Musselwhite, 45, of Midway Lake Road, Mooresville, charged with identity theft.

Michael John Bertolo, 24, of S. Carolina Avenue, Statesville, charged with identity theft, three misdemeanor drug offenses, and resist, delay or obstruct an officer.

Clayton Morrison Broyhill, 21, of Wellshire Street, Mooresville, charged with two counts of attempted first-degree burglary, nine counts of break or enter a motor vehicle, larceny after breaking or entering, larceny of a firearm and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.

Cody Lee Choate, 21, of Brumley Road, Mooresville, charged with two counts of attempted first-degree burglary, nine counts of break or enter a motor vehicle, larceny after breaking or entering, larceny of a firearm and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.

Brett Michael Myers, 24, of Deer Chase Circle, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

Robert Lawrence Stewart, 46, of Carriage Road, Statesville, charged with possession of heroin and a misdemeanor drug offense.

Lige Bobby Boswell, 50, of Walnut Cove, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

Dawn Michelle Fox, 46, of Salisbury Road, Statesville, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

Michael Douglas Styers, 40, of Log Cabin Road, Statesville, charged with conspiracy.

Jennifer Marie Upright, 40, of Log Cabin Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, conspiracy and a misdemeanor drug offense.

Clayton Morrison Broyhill, 21, of Wellshire Street, Mooresville, charged with three counts of break or enter a motor vehicle and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.

Frank Lewis Byers, 58, of Hawthorne Lane, Charlotte, charged with uttering a forged instrument and obtaining property by false pretenses.

Cody Lee Choate, 21, of Brumley Road, Mooresville, charged with three counts of break or enter a motor vehicle and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.

Brittany Danielle Miller Frazier, 29, of Waugh Farm Road, Statesville, charged with break or enter a motor vehicle, larceny after breaking or entering, and misdemeanor larceny.

David Richard Goetz, 52, of Margate, Fla., charged with being a fugitive from justice.

Toby Termail Ikard, 44, of Lincoln Street, Statesville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, flee/elude arrest, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
