The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
MAY 15
♦ Jesse R. Garcia, 31, of Bronx, N.Y., charged with possession with intent to maufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances.
MAY 16
♦ Ny’Vaezsa Ranyqa Davis, 21, of Randa Drive, Statesville, charged with sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance.
MAY 17
♦ James Wesley Wilson, 55, of Johnny Martin Lane, Alexander, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
MAY 18
♦ John William Ferreri, 29, of Hill Terrace, Statesville, charged with felony stalking and misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protection order.
♦ Charles Edward Golden, 46, of Merrin Court, Mooresville, charged with 15 counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.
♦ Mark Calvin Grover, 40, of Water Oak Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine.
♦ Carl Walter Masters Jr., 35, of Fred Hinshaw Road, Yadkinville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation.
♦ Brett Patrick Moir, 30, of Hillcrest Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Justin Paul Potts, 33, of Duke Whittaker Road, Davie, charged with conspiracy, possession of methamphetamine, and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances.
♦ Ricky Bernard Sanders Jr., 39, of Spencer Avenue, Mooresville, was served with a true bill felony indictment.
MAY 19
♦ Joshua Shane Ireland, 33, of York Spann Road, Hamptonville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
MAY 20
♦ William Earl Coleman Jr., 35, of Jericho Road, Harmony, charged with being a fugitive from justice and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
MAY 21
♦ Gladys Marie Daye, 32, of N. Kelly Street, charged with breaking or entering with intent to terrorize or injure, and misdemeanor assault and battery or affray.
♦ Charles David Gilmore, 30, of Sonja Drive, Statesville, charged with interfering with an electronic monitoring device.
♦ Johnny Lee Wilkie, 49, of Gaffney Road, Shelby, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor larceny.
