The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
NOVEMBER 19
♦ Tilden Trymaine Miller, 31, of Longdale Drive, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.
NOVEMBER 20
♦ Deborah Lynn Broome, 42, of Sullivan Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substances, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and possession of methamphetamine.
♦ John David Folken, 39, of Ketchie Drive, Mooresville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
NOVEMBER 21
♦ Jason Todd Mullen, 35, of Rink Dam Road, Taylorsville, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, two misdemeanor drug offenses, and carrying a concealed weapon. He was also served with true bill felony indictments.
♦ Donta Jerod Saunders, 36, of Spencer Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felony, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Melissa Dawn Wood, 36, of Poor Boy Drive, Cleveland, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
NOVEMBER 22
♦ Justin Matthew Burton, 32, of Rosy Apple Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Jacobie Obrian Cauthen, 31, of Bristol Road, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering with intent to terrorize or injure, possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, misdemeanor injury to personal property, two misdemeanor drug offenses, and misdemeanor interfere with emergency communications.
♦ Misty Lou Ferguson, 42, of Waugh Farm Road, Statesville, charged with conspiracy to commit breaking and entering, misdemeanor larceny, and three counts of misdemeanor injury to personal property.
♦ Steven Allen Goins Jr., 39, of Reginal Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Jennifer Ann Luttrell, 38, of Harriet Lane, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture a schedule I controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ John Hyatt Newell, 36, of S. Main Street, Mooresville, was served with a true bill felony indictment.
NOVEMBER 23
♦ John Daniel Oxendine, 46, of Wilson Street, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Martevis Jashawn Simpson, 25, of Newbern Avenue, Statesville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, and felony probation violation.
♦ Aaron Dequan Whittmore, 19, of Rita Avenue, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felony.
