The Mooresville Police Department reported the following arrests:

AUGUST 2
♦ Julie Ann Cook, 44, of Ridge Avenue, Mooresville, charged with probation violation.

AUGUST 5
♦ Trevor Austin Strawn, 24, of E. WT Harris Boulevard, Charlotte, charged with theft of a motor vehicle.

AUGUST 6
♦ Candra Brooke Kennedy, 29, of E. Center Avenue, Mooresville, charged with habitual larceny, misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor injury to personal property, and misdemeanor second-degree trespass.

AUGUST 7
♦ Tyrone Briggs, 27, of Brooklyn, N.Y., charged with two counts of counterfeiting and one count of obtaining property by false pretenses.

AUGUST 8
♦ Lane Alexander Perry, 27, of Madison Place Circle, Mooresville, charged with theft of a motor vehicle and larceny after breaking or entering.
