The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

DECEMBER 19
♦ Austin Michael Harris, 17, of Wilton Place, Mooresville, charged with two counts of breaking or entering a vehicle, misdemeanor trespass and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Jacob Dalton White, 19, of E. Pressley Avenue, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle and misdemeanor trespass.

DECEMBER 21
♦ Daquan Edward Cannon, 27, of Lark Glen Drive, Mooresville, charged with child abuse and child neglect.

DECEMBER 27
♦ Byron Deshawn Duff, 33, of Bruce Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.

DECEMBER 28
♦ Charles Robert Collier, 42, of N. Community House Road, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Allen Daniel West, 45, of Laurel Cove Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for use or sale of controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
